Relating to exemptions from maximum vehicle weight limitations.

Abstract

Directs Department of Transportation to prepare report on maximum weight limits of vehicles powered by electricity and submit report to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to transportation on or before September 15, 2020.] Sunsets January 2, 2021.] Provides limited exemption from maximum weight limitations for vehicles powered primarily by means of electric battery.
